Havent paid yet, after buying I heard from more than one expert that they are fake. How do I go along not paying and not getting bad feedback from the seller?

Thanks

Get the item and then fill out a report before he has a chance to delete his account. Keep his paypal, name, number, address possibly. There was a story on skateperception where a guy tried to scam a kid for his 17" MBP. The scammer got fucked with soooo much because we helped him get back at him.

whats link to item?

and if you pay via paypal you are covered, so if you do pay, and it comes in and its fake, you should be able to get your money back

or set up a case right now

hahaha you thought you were going to get jordan 8's for 60?
if you must pay, pay with paypal. I would call ebay now, you don't want him gettin away.

this dude looks like he sells a bunch of random shit. Try emailing him about the authenticity and that it was verified. although you really should have determined that before bidding. Maybe he will understand. dude may not even know they are fake.

lol @ u thinking u were getting legit VIII's for $60 in probably the most popular size.

but just tell the seller that upon further review of the shoes you are very confident that they are fake and you're not interested in remakes. yes, he has the potential to leave you ONE piece of negative feedback; but in the long run that won't matter if you use ebay more than 3 times in your entire life.

Naw, sellers can no longer leave negative.

He can give you a non-payment strike. If you get multiple your account can be suspended. But if he gives you the strike you have time to say why you didn't pay, and if they are fake, that's a legit reason.

That's funny. The economy must be bad because my friend just bought a fake boat..
and is $5,000 in the hole..

Yep, there is literally nothing eBay can do for you bailing on your commitment to pay. They'll give you a strike, so who cares. Regardless, your reason for not paying is legit so it will work out.

Next time just read eBay's terms instead of consulting NS. This is the longest way around a circle.

Yeah, if you used paypal, you should be good. Call ebay about it, soon. I bought a pair of headphones once, didn't know they weren't real until they fell apart when I took them out of the box.
