Punx Flex

After riding the atomic punx for a while, is the ski like a noodle? Can you ski all mountain with them or are they basically a park only ski? I have K2 Silencers right now...how would they compare? +K for help

Punx are little softer than silencers but still stiff enough to stomp everything. Also really light.

I picked up a pair of 08 punx for jibbing and urban this year so i didn't have to rock my ARV's in the streets, and i liked them so much i only ride them now. They are so light and make a super fun all mountain ski and are awesome in the park. I am 6 foot 195lbs and the flex is fine.

Mine are softer than my old Invaders. So very soft.

no. the urban punx and the punx are two different skis

not quite sure on all the differences, but i know that the urban punx have more flex and are more for rails

will the punx be fine skiing all mountain/powder? I normally ski all park, but when i go on trips to the mountains will they perform well for all mountain and powder?

they can handle the whole mountain, but they are far from powder skis

Differences between punx and urbanpunx are the flex and extra basemetal.

Urban punx have 2 "extra edges" under foot in the base and are really soft while Punx doesn't have those and are much stiffer in comparison.

I got punx and haven't skiied any powder yet. They ride groomers really well for being symmetrical and all.

was riding 09 punx last season, there were fine pretty much everywhere , and im 6"2 about 220 pounds
