Pulling my edges out

I was wondering if it would be alright to pull about a 6 inch section out under foot on both my ski because I have 19 edge cracks on one skis and 17 on the other there is a crack about evry cm or less, with two inches of edge missing and were there isn't a crack its like dented so I looks like ripples. The only thing is I'm scared that water will be able to enter the ski and rote the core so how would I prevent that? And this is on a pair of 4frnt switchblades less then a season old only used in the park.

You could try just putting something that is hydrophobic on the sections. Hydrophobic means it repels water, but the issue that I'm thinking of is that it will wear off fairly often, so you would need to reapply the material constantly. If you have the money, try to get them welded together. I feel like it is dangerous skiing on those sticks with that much edge missing.

There just my thrashing ski I just wanna fix them so that they at least don't rote I only use them for messing around and ya I was thinking something like that but I want a fix that is semi permanent so it will last at least a month or 2

I am not certain that you understand the welding process.

You would need either a laser welder or a some sort of TIG-jesus to not just set fire to your skis.

Pull the edge, replace it with a new section of edge and patch the base. Or just throw some epxoy in where the edge was, clamp it, let it sit for 24 hours.
