i pulled my quad 2 weeks ago, it still hurts but its not terrible...get an ultrasound on it, those seemed to help it get better. also ice and heat
I think the best thing would be to do those thing above and to take a brake from track and kinda skiing, just take it easy skiing i guess( i still skied) rest ice and heat and ultrasound
