Pulled over doing 68 in a 35

Maybe we're just not in a rush, have no need to risk innocent lives, no need to risk losing our licenses.
I was nicer in my first response, but you're just a fuckin dumbass. I hope your license gets taken away.

And i wondered why insurance for teenage males was so expensive well thanks any way but yeah you are going to loose that licence i bet sorry to tell ya

you-gonna-get-raped.jpg

and the people who are calling you an idiot are probobly not going to loose their licenses. you broke the law, what do you think would happen?

If you are related to anyone who is a police officer of some sort, ask them for a PBA card. It got me out of a ticket for running a red light. But it might only help when they actually pull you over, not in court. But before I had one, I was driving in VT and I got pulled over by a state trooper doing 71 in 1 55...and the guy was a total ass. $211 ticket and 2 points on my license. But in NY they don't count the points unless you got them in the state. So I only had to pay the ticket. Idk if that's the case in CT as well.

dude i agree, i got pulled over for 83 in a 30 and i am only 16! I live in indiana and i had to take classes and pay 300 bucks and they said if i get caught again i get them taken till im 18. but i still speed?

Yeahhh. 71 in 50 when I was 16 haha. A bit of a difference but whatever. Everyone has been there. Everyone should lay off the kid.

you deserve the electric chair! speedster scum!

seriously though, whats the rust man? you were probably on your way to like, bed or something right? slow down.

thats true but usually when people speed, myself included, they usually only go 10 to 15 over. NOT double the speed limit

im 16, got my license about 8 months ago and ive been pulled over twice once for rolling a stop and once for speeding, went to court, the cops never showed up, this is in illinois suburbs where the cops are lazy as fuck so idk. since ur 18 i dont think youl get suspended, prob traffic school and supervision + court fees. good luck man just hope the motherfucker doesnt show up

Let's see, 68 in a 35 means you were going 33 over. Isn't that getting close to reckless driving charges possibly?

"cocksucker" Dude you were doing 70 in fucking 35. You're an idiot. You deserve a ticket. I'm in no way in support of a lot of the speed limits or the enforcement. I'm buy all means against reckless/stupid driving. 70 in a 35 is retarded, you deserve what you get.

just get a passport 8500 or a valentine one. that will solve all your problems. its just they cost like 500 bucks

you can drive 68 in a 35 and still have complete control over your vehicle. nobody can say he is stupid when they have no clue what the road looked like, what was around etc. i mean i can't believe nobody here has a quick car they like to drive or something? i guess nobody really likes cars on NS. haha oh wow...

im pretty sure 30 over in my state is sort of a big deal. maybe not license revoked, but some big fucking points for sure and a huge fine.

that said, you shouldnt of been doing 30 over. thats excessive.

that said, you guys dont need to hate on the OP as hard as you are. i can think of a shitload of 35 zones where i am pretty sure i could still operate my vehicle to a pretty good level of safety and preacaution up to 70mph. just because he was speeding doesnt mean he is some kind of fucked up pedophile child killer.

but still. its wrong to speed. you broke the law.

what kind of road was it? neighborhoods are usually like 20 or 25, so im guessing something else.

theres a couple mountain roads around here that are 35 and its complete bullshit, even the slowest drivers go like 10 or 15 over, most people go like 20-35 over even in their minivans. i usually go 25-35 over and i dont feel even close to being reckless, there are hardly any tight turns, and the only ones that are have warning signs on them saying you should go like 20, when you can easily do triple that without even being uncomfortable.

and theres a couple spots where cops hide that luckily i found before i got pulled over, but i know so many people that have gotten completely screwed because the cops hide in the places where its the easiest and safest to speed.

so yeah if you were going twice the speed limit in a neighborhood then thats just dumb, but im guessing you werent, and theres a really good chance the speed limit was bullshit just like 90% of speed limits in the U.S. And most cops who sit on the side of the road handing out speeding tickets are ass holes trying to make their quota. thats why you see them hiding in places where the speed limit suddenly drop's 20 mph. and places where they know its easy and safe to speed.

the section of road use to be a road off of the road to an elementary school but its been changed like 5 years ago and the speed limit hasn't so the roads 35 because of all the buses that use to be in line entering the old school.

it was 1:30 in the morning i live in the largest town in connecticut for land area but there are only 9,000 people living in the town... i was the only mother fucker on the road aside from the cop that night.

and it was a 2 mile straight away and the cop caught me at the bottom of a hill at the beginning of the stretch

Considering you know the history of the road and the hill& straight away it's your own damn fault for not even attempting to check your speed. You should have known the spot where the cop was hiding as a potential pig den. Had you any speeder's common sense you'd be free of anxiety, and not getting shit from anyone.

stop being a little bitch about it and man up to the consequences.

you're a moron.
you're complaining about going to court because you were going 68 IN A 35, and you're calling everyone who thinks you're stupid and idiot.

your a homo. and strong grammar skills dude... whats the rust? maybe he was on his way to get laid or something and if he didnt show up in the next 3 minutes, she would say fuck off. it was a situation where he had to do 33 over. damn your a fucking retard. speedster scum... wow... your a fucking cum dumpster.

132 in a 25 is a claim, but that was 8 years ago and it was only 25 bc it was a school zone.

He was driving that fast because he is an 18 year old guy.

If its late enough and you're not weaving through traffic or in a neighborhood its really not that risky if you're on a familiar, straight road with good visibility.

I just got my 4th speeder in 2 years

1) 84 in a 55

2) 67 in a 45

3)50 in a 35

4)49 (actually 56 but he gave me a break) in a 40

I had them in 3 different counties so I got the first three reduced through the DA's office. Your better off pleading guilty and getting a reduction then trying to fight it. Its pretty hard to prove you wernt speeding but if you can prove you werent in that specific speed zone of a sign got taken out by a snow plow or something like that you might beat it.

and dont ask NS about speeding, most ppl that respond can't even drive or they think it makes them look mature to say they drive slow and responsible. I speed all the time thats why I keep getting caught and I keep getting away with it so if you want some real advice PM me.

PBA cards are overrated; I flashed two of them when I was stopped and he just said "you're kidding me, right?"

In one of the stupidest moments of my life, I was pulled over for doing 107 in a 50. Ima be honest, I wasn't putting anyone in physical danger (besides myself), as it was some ungodly hour in the early morning, but the legal penalties alone definitely make it not worth it. I ended up retaining legal council, and pleading guilty to a reduced speed. I had to pay a fine and I got points. I took a defensive driving course. I was lucky; hopefully you will be too. My legal fees ended up amounting to around $700, which was what the fines would have been if I hadn't gotten the reduced charge. However, I'm happy to pay it and not have 107 mi/hr on my record.

Sucks man, but he was also doing his job; you can't fault him for that. Its pretty cut-and-dry from his perspective. I had the opportunity to meet my cop a few months after I was pulled over, and it was a really revealing discussion. Cops actually do care about you. They actually want to see kids drive safely. They don't get off by giving teenagers big tickets; it actually makes them pretty upset to be in that position.

Hope it works out for you.

Play in the adult world deal with adult consequences. While it was early in the

morning, and you probably would not have had a kid run out on the street infront of you, there could have been a dog, or a car backing out etc etc that you would not have had space/time

to stop for. The stoping distance for 70

is atleast 3x that of 35/40. Consider yourself lucky.

cool story brah. i bet you do a lotta drugs too, right? you're probably pretty flush too. I bet your lunchbox is way cooler than all the other kidz.

Yeah you need to calm down?
My Dad got hit by an 18 year old going 63 in a 35 mph zone. I can't even believe this and for those of you backing up this kid?
License should be gone for 6months to a year. You just need to be responsible about where you are driving.
Oh yeah and the kid lived two blocks away from the crash scene so always drove those roads. My dad was walking across the street back to my house form my neighbors. God take this as a lesson and don't be so ignorant. The laws are there for a reason, to save lives.

i bought it for 7 grand with almost everything on it. dinan intake, exhaust, and software came with it

I'm from CT and last year got pulled over for doing 62 in a 40 and got a court date. Went to court, took five minutes and the charges were dropped. There's three judges I believe and I know the man is a dick (that is if your date is in Hartford) try and get one of the two women.

wow i was on my way to school and got pulled over doing 38 in a 30. Now im in the class that I was late to due to the officer that pulled me over. He was chill though, he saw my lax stick in the back of car and said he wasnt going to give me a ticket because I play lax and he's a big fan ha..
