i got pe's but the bases are all screwed up near the writing. its like the writing is a compleatly seperate base. should i tune em bfore i ride em

Yes, Bring them back to a K2 Dealer ASAP and have them return them to K2, if the die cut was layed wrong they'll replace them for you.

the bases dont look like they were cut worong they look like they just never got a factory tune

just give them a good stone grind till everything is flush...but if there is a gap between the BASE and the LETTERS...return them...they arent cut right
