just got mine yesterday and im headin up to my local shit hole mountain to use them for the first time tonight...they are damn wide and the tail is huge, the graphics are pretty loud and have alot going on...hopefully they'll ride as nice as they look

It's the new tip shape that makes them look even wider. The front and rear contact point is where the dimensions of the ski are taken even if the ski continues to get wider toward the tip. All companies have a different way to measure the dimensions of their skis.

no gutt, i think your wrong...its obvious that the studs are what make the ski look wider. really, they are equivelent to a mogul ski. looks are decieving. HAHAHA

So those thicker edges, are they noticeably thicker than standard edges? How well do they last cause I really hate breakin edges on rails cause then the ski goes to shit

the PE's are the sickest ski..they're really light compared to the heavy enemy...K2 did a damn nice job

yes, by just looking at the edge, you can tell its bigger
