I have heard from a very respectable level three instructor at my local hill that next year everyone who tries out for the level three certification must have some park/pipe skills. I'm not sure to what extent their knowledge of the subject must be but this seems like a huge step in the progression of our sport. This is a great example of how many people are getting into freestyle skiing and a growing need for instructors to teach them.
