sooooooooo...which one is better?? better sides of each model? better controllers? graphics? technology in general?, worth the money?? WHICH ONE!?!?!?!

200 dollars cheaper.

WAY better controllers (my opinion, a lot of people like the playstation controllers)

Technology is almost as good and the graphics are probably as good.

ps3

blu-ray (not a big deal unless you want to spend 30 dollars on movies)

For your money I would say the 360 is a better deal. Maybe in a year or two the ps3 will be cheaper but right now the 360 is a better deal.
 
Xbox: Better controller, doesn't look/weight like a big slab of concrete, Has GOOD Xbox360-only game titles coming out, graphics still almost match ps3, $399 $60 a game

PS3: Controller sucks (as always), looks/weighs like a big slab of concrete, all PS3-only launch games suck (with the exception of Resistance), barely has better graphics then the PS3, $599 $70 a game

Also I watched demo's of PS3 games and to be honest the graphics really aren't that spectacular. I recently rented Battlefield 2 for my Xbox and to be honest the graphics were as good as Resistance. Xbox360 is a way better system unless $1000 for a PS3 and some games is nothing to loose sleep over for you AND you are a die-hard final fantasy - MGS fan.
 
well good luck on getting a ps3. they are going $3500 plus(us currency) and only 40,000 shipped to Canada. But i would still go with xbox. I like microsoft and plus they have their problems fixed. PS3 has 7 processors and 360 had overheating problems wit only 2 processors. Blue Ray is going to turn into VHS beta and die i think.
 
I want to have sex with the xbox controller, and when I am done with that I will fuck the system itself.
 
i uess im the only one who hates the xbox controller. i prefer the ps one. havent tried or even lookd much at the ps3, and i know the 360 is still sick
 
acctually the PS3 has alot better technology than the 360.. and its the same price for the PS3 and 360... if you buy the best package for the 360 its what $499.99? well the 20 GB PS3 is the same price.. sooo who's judging what now
 
i'd definitely say the 360 is better.

360 has the better controller. they changed it for the better from the original xbox. all sony did was rip out the cord of the ps2 controller, and copy the 360 with the centralized button in the middle.

although, i would say the ps3 probably has better graphics in most situations, but not necessarily all. even so, it's definitely not worth the $200 or extra over the 360.

360 has the whole xbox live system that owns any online ps3 could ever attempt.

360 has much more bang for your buck, good deal.

and if you really want a fun time, i'd say get the wii.
 
im going to go with PS3...cause the graphics are visual better, look at game play in the new grand turismo, and look at the same situation in real life. You CAN'T tell the difference. They have a vaster selection of games, and more killer apps then you can count. The new resident evil is going to on there, final fantasy, Formula 1, Grand Turismo, Metal Gear Solid. Xbox's only HUGE killer app is Halo, and thats the only reason why i would buy that system. The name is fucking stupid...we can't name is xbox 2 it will sound inferior. Thats just retarded. The controler is pretty good, but ive gotten used to the PS controler over the years, and i love it. The Online play is free. I can't afford another bill, soo thats a plus.

Whats going to happen is its going to be a battle between the Wii (super awsome concept), and the Ps3 ( just a gaming superpower). This topic comes up when ever a new system comes out. The ps2 kicked the shit out of the x-box in sales. The x-box 360 wll sell pretty good in the US, and shit everywhere else. It will be a battle between the Wii and PS3 on who will dominate the gaming market ( especialy the asian market where most gaming sales are made).
 
you are all retarted, this guy is right, ps3 is by far ten times better then x-box, yes its more expenise but well well worth it, the graphics destroy x-box 360 and the controlers are so dope, such a better console
 
it really depends on what games you like. Choosen becuase of graphics or anything else is retarded because who really cares about having amazing graphics or a bit better. there is almost no difference so i would decide by games.
 
who cares about all this graphics shit. if the games fun its fun. graphics sucked for duke nukem 3d but i fuckin love that game.

that was the first game i played that had full on tits in it. Pretty much the only reson i played it. THey schould come out with another one.
 
let me just say the x-box controller  makes me want to vomit...oh and Halo 2 is basically the only reason this console will survive.
 
why you all sayin theres a price difference? when 360 first came out it was 599$ too same as the ps3 is now its just a matter that 360 is now a year old i think the games are the same goodness xbox has halo sony has GTA but now GTA is on xbox too so it kinda uneven now they should make halo for sony thatd b sik
 
damn as if you know what that game is...nobody remembers that game man. Its was the first game that you could play that you could have two pistols. Soo sweet.
 
look at the grand turismo video of the Lotus Elise....you tell me you can tell the difference...because you can't....its simple as that. I have to look very close to see the difference. You schould really settle down there little debbie. Its only video games.
 
yeah because it's all about graphics and the controller, gameplay has nothing to do with it or anything..

wii is going to own because it's an entirely new concept, whereas ps3 is just more of the same: racing, fighting, and shoot-em-ups. so many people are worried about graphics that they are almost replacing gameplay with graphics. you're losing the idea that it is a game, and it's no good if it's not fun. if you want something that looks life-like, watch a movie. hell, i'll take n64 over ps3 just because of how much fun it is.

xbox 360 lags like a bitch when you play halo with 4 people on 1 box. yeah regular xbox doesnt do that shit. Ummm graphically xbox 360 is glitchy and over heats, not worth it, coolest thing about xbox 360 is that you can turn it on from the controller, thats the only thing. ps3, i havent even seen pictures and I can tell its better.
 
360, I haven't bought it yet but I will soon. Who cares about Blue Ray. For the 360 Halo 3, Guitar Hero II, and Gears Of War are sick games.

My little bro bought the Nintendo Wii this morning, cause he's core like that, and I'm splitting it with him. I thought it was going to be gay, but honestly its pretty sweet, with the Nun-Chuck controls its unbeleivable. Also I'm not going to lie I'm a Zelda nerd, and have been waiting for the new Game Twilight Princess for like 6 years and I finally have it, and I have to say it is amazing, the wait it worth it.
