Which is going to be better? I have a cousin who swears that the XBOX is going to be much better then the PS3. I think the other way around, who's right?
 
Your cousin. ps3 isnt even out yet. So how can it be better. The games wont be as powerful. So what it has extra ports and shit.
 
xbox 360 isn't good at all, in a lot of the games there isn't different modes, and ps3 is more powerful, what proves that xbox 360 isn't very awesome is that best buy is allowing people to get FULL money refund on 360, and even though ps3 isn't released yet, doesn't mean its going to be bad, its just that xbox 360 was released way too early
 
the ps3 will have better graphics, but not as good online play, and the 360 is easier program and construck games for. (so in theory the 360 could have better games) and sony has been known to be full of shit, so possibly the ps3's software they say it will have may not be there
 
ps3 will own xbox 360 bull shit..veryone knows that x box 360s are shitty ass game consoles...and htey look like someone shit on them they are so ugly
 
Yea you stupid ass bastards. With in the first year the playstation division of sony is meant to lose 1 billion dollars. And they might not even make a profit cause the components in the ps3 are too expensive. So after this there might be no more playstation cause the deficite is fuckin huge!
 
PS3 is going to be ridiculously expensive. Estimates now are looking at $600+ MSRP. I'm sorry I can't afford that.
 
PS3 will rule, they will even have a dvd burner in them. (A total home entertainment system) Sony makes good shit. Vaio, psp,

they want to get it right before they launch it.
 
personally i wouldnt want a bunch of chinks building my game system. they r still trying to get bac at america for us bombing them in WWII so they keep building crappy systems. GO BILL GATES

Doods Xbox is better. It was better than PS2 and its gonna be better than PS3

That controller thing looks pretty good.

And you cant beat the price.

And its like an ipod its so simple.

And Nintendo games seem to be more fun than the rest.
 
ok i just read the article... ps3 will have larger discs (blue ray 83 gig).

the x box has a slighty better graphics card.

the ps3 has 9 processors (faster than the xbox)

the ps3 has 7 blue tooth ports for controls (i dont kno why 7)

everything else is kinda the same they both have opitional harddrives and other shit like that but right now like 40% of the xboxs are being recalled

personaly im gona get the ps3 all my other friends will have an xbox, ill just use theres
 
blue ray is the biggest joke ever... it is so fucking expensive, and who really needs a damn disk that can hold almost as much as a my computer hard drive. Do you seriously think that they are going to make 80 gig games??? Do you know long it would take to do that... not to mention the price. I have a friend who works at circuit city and he talked to a sony rep, who said blue ray games could cost $100. The only thing I like about the blue rays is for like box set DVD's. You could like fit the who Lord of the Ring's Special Edition set on one disk instead of 9.

There some numbers for you uneducated kids that think xbox "rules dude." of course the ps3 will be expensive, but the gameplay, feel, graphics, system and everything about it will seriously be in 10 leagues above the xbox. DUDE, they already had to recall the xbox 360 once!
 
God dammit. I heard some 10 year old kids argueing about this on the lift today, the chair infront of me. THe whole 7 minute ride up all they did was fight about what was better. I almost was gonna find them at the top and slap them both just for giving me a headache.
 
i'm getting both, the only reason i am getting xbox is for halo, because ps3 owns that badly haha, but i'm sure my brother will get ps3 so i really dont even have to pay for it.
 
For me its all about online gameplay. Microsoft pretty much has that shit mastered with xbox live which makes xbox way more fun. If ps3 comes sick with its online gameplay it could be better. I don't really care if the graphics are slightly better on ps3 than 360 if playstation online still sucks.
 
it seems as though both of them have flaws once ps3 comes out and microsoft fixes the defects wiill see\
 
later versions of xbox360 will have HD-DVD in it they're thinking. Bluray will probably be dead before it hits the market too.. sony games = $$$
 
the ps3 might be a little bit better in some technical aspects but all i care about is gameplay, online play, graphics, and price. the 360 is only 400 bucks and the ps3 will be more than that. xbox live is awesome, HALO 3, and the graphics are sweet. the ps3 has either 6 or 7 usb ports. i don't have that many things to plug in it. complete waste of money. XBOX 360 all the way!
 
true that the ps3 is more powerful, but the only reason (i think, im not sure) that people are getting refunds is that there was a defect covered under the warantee(sp), but as i said before, im not sure about anythin i just said.
 
I'll buy PS3 just for METAL GEAR SOLID 4. Nuff said. Fuck Halo, it's such a bullshit game (never played it online, but why play an online shooter with a console?!!? It's so much better/more fun/control in PC shooters on the net). But I still don't get the whole WAR about everything. In every sport, every politicial view, even fucking weather (which is better, snow or rain, you'll get a good argument), why oh why do you have to say that "PS3 SUCKS ASS!!1" or "Halo is gay so is microsoft LOLZ fuck XBOOOX!!1" They are all great machines, they will all have great games, but if you want to play SERIOUSLY good games for no cash, visit www.cool-roms.com, get Zelda on the SNES hooked up and enjoy.
 
im happy with my regular (non 360) xbox, and frankly, id rather not spend 400 bucks on a system just to crash my HDTV (even though i dont have one)

all gaming systems are dumb, id rather play pong or atari...
 
Im sorry to all you halo lovers... but other then multiplayer... the game is shit... its storyline is crap... compared to the storyline of say... a final fantasy game... its weak... although microsoft is doing a contract with square to get the ff games... halo is just ment for xbox live
