Protector Bindings

Shopping for a setup to go do stupid shit in the park would still like to be semi-safe about it. Is there any reason why the Protectors would be a bad idea (pre-release, stack height)?

If not, are the attacks my best bet? I read that the SLR has lower weight and stack height but Tyrolia says this makes it good for female/lower weight skiers - why?

I don't care about the Tyrolia rail system, my everyday skis have Pivots and I'm not looking to buy another pair after this.
 
they're pretty heavy in my experience but when i skied them i did not really notice much of a difference compared to an Attack 14
 
I've only ever skied pivots, demo bindings, an be whatever are in these 9 year old ar7s. Do you think there's any benefit to skiing the protectors in the park or should I just get another set of pivots?
 
Second best thing to pivots is the sth 2 or new strive. They have the safest toe release on the market while pivot has the safest heel... [tag=155648]@tdollo[/tag] what ya think about franken pivots? Ik you are a diehard sth boi. The sth has a higher stack than pivot resulting in a negative delta. Would it affect release too much? I'm a machinist so could probably make a spacer for the pivots to jack the height. I know a buddy who is interested in this.
 
So if you were choosing between Pivots, 2024 sth (not 2), 2024 strive, or protectors for park which would you choose?

Me Personaly pivots. But strive is VERY good as well.
