Pro's lacking style?

not at all dawg. you can look like an absolute idiot on the slopes and people will think that you have no idea what your doing.. and then be hella good in the park. Whitnessed it myself.
 
Does not have to necsissarily be a pro man.. but Tanner hall.. John spriggs.. you cant tell me they are gangster as shit
 
i know what your saying, like kids that are good at park but not at skiing... but tanner hall is the complete opposite of that. Hes probably one of the best (if not the best) all around skiers right now. I don't know about you but he has good style.
 
Bullshit. They don't have to be a super duper expert at everything else, but they aren't going to look retarded. They can ski backwards, they can turn, throw flips and spins, land huge jumps, turn, then when they get out of the park they can only wedge and frequently run into trees.

so if you're talking about appearance, then isn't that just your opinion? I mean Tanner dosn't wear as tall of tall tees as Tom Wallisch i guess, but he still has good style in my opinion. Its not all about being gangster believe it or not.

So what you are saying is that if a "professional" skier doesn't look like a wigger he has no style? I am confused. Do you mean that he/she cannot ski with style?Or if he/she was on a run way that they would not fit in amongst your friends/locals at your hill? Either way both of those points need to be thought out a little bit more and I am sure after a little bit you will soon come to the harsh realization you are a dumbass.

Honestly, shut the fuck up with that shit. Why can't people think someone who is good, is good? T-Wall is really fuckin good, no one says gargle gargle when I say how awesome Wiley Miller is. Just because T-Wall's gotten really big, doesn't mean that it's bad to like his skiing.

You may just be being sarcastic, but I see that shit everywhere and it pisses me off.
 
i mean who cares whether or not they have style if they're pro skiers? they're being paid to ski and do what they love so they prolly dont give 2 shits about what people think about their style...
 
you are a "wannabe" for a reason. all pros have style, its just whether it appeals to you or not.
 
What does it mean to "lack style"?

I mean, when you compare the style that Seth Morrison or Hugo Harrison have to someone like Pep Fujas or Andy Mahre it doesn't work. Morrison and Harrison ski balls to the wall as fast as possible just throwing themselves off of the biggest cliffs they can find, whereas Pep and Mahre are all buttery and smooth looking.
