Prophet 100 vs Volkl Bridge

Looking for an all mountain that can hold its shape on groomers.

More leaning towards drops/Backcountry then park but something I can take to both.

How to the prophet 100s and Bridge hold up for a fairly aggressive skiier.

Any thoughts on these sticks or any other ideas drop a line.

Cheers,

J

for little park but everything else the prophet is the best ski imo, it slays absolutely everything. you'll feel like you're on race skis on groomers, short skis in the trees, pontoons for charging, and bents in bottomless pow, they really are the perfect ski for everything except park

^ agreed.

volkl brigdes have great reviews and they sound like a suitable ski for what you need but i have never been on them so can't give you 1st hand info on them. the prophet 100 however, i owned a 1st gen pair a few years back and now i cry myself to sleep every night since i was forced to sell them a couple seasons ago... man, those freakin things are sick... just a great ski to charge & haul ass on any type of terrain you throw at it (pow, groomers, ice, anything!) not too much of a park ski though. if it's an all mountain/all terrain/all conditions charging ski you want, i'm sure the prophet 100s wont dissapoint.

I agree with the opinions above, I have the Bridge and its an awesome ski, but i demoed the Prophet 100 this year and if I had it to do over again I would go with the Prophet. The extra width under the foot is worth it for chop and pow.
