Proper binding mount position

Ok i asked for my bindings to be centre mounted at the store and when i get them back they are closer to the back by atleast 20 cm. i was offered to have them mounted for PIPE but i said i skied mostly park, he said pipe was infront of centre mount and park would be at the ski centre. WHY ARE THEY FURTHER BACK or did they stuff it up?
i couldn't see a thread the same as this but if there is one link it and delete this one.

are they able to fix it though because they are 2 piece bindings? and have to be drilled in so if they are moved then there will be holes where the old ones are.
