Program to stop p2p on limewire?

i remember a few years ago there was a program to stop outgoing traffic, but continue downloading your requests. it worked perfect until i just upgraded limewire 5 (on a mac) so whats that program? because its slowing down the comp a ton +K for any help

if your on a mac, get vuze.you can stop sharing anytime you like.

Just go into your options on limewire and select the "stop sharing" box and people will no longer upload from you. Unless your talking about something else I guess this should stop people from uploading from you.

no see you can do that with the other limewires but limewire 5 doesnt allow that option i cant remember but ther ewas this program like peer protector or some shit that stopped all outgoing shit

Meh, thepiraratebay is good for dl'n full cd's and shit, but limewire or frostwire or whatever is a lot nicer for finding single songs I find, and half the shit I want people are never seeding....maybe my azureus is just fucked up...
