Productive injured activities

So my season in Japan has been cut short by 3 broken metacarpals in my right hand. Back in the UK and am wondering what I'm going to with myself.

Whilst I'm sure NS and left handed masturbation will take up a decent amount of time, I will probably get bored eventually.

I'm already going to work on my Spanish, and try and read a lot, but yeah any other ideas would be great.

Not a bad idea! The weather outside is miserable though, so any indoor ideas would be great. I just started left handed kendama-ing.

make some art,

read about things that interest you,

stretch, and try to do some minimal mobility exercises around the injury, as long as they aren't stressful

Haha I have a broken metacarpal in my right hand too. Ive spent a good amount of time taping a kendama into my hand and working on some photo editing on the computer.

If you aren't left handed then learn how to do everything lefty. And read a bunch of famous books and philosophical shit too.

Liking the ideas, cheers guys, ableton is a good one, might get a better photo editing software and work out how to use that too. Apple tv is on order as well.

Assuming the fingers on your right hand aren't immobilized and you have some money to spend, get yourself a drum pad, start making beats.

Reading is always good. Maybe try to pick up a skill that doesn't involve using the injured hand or like something that you'll be able to do with the break. I suggest cooking - If I had the free time I'd definitely learn how to cook really well or bake.

Current top plan is spending a month in either Portugal or Spain at language school, warmer and actually get something done,

Try to become ambidextrous. Just get a children's learn how to write real good book. In the beginning you will suck and be horrible but overtime it will improve.
