Problems Posting Videos

A couple times today I have tried to post some short videos, which fit all the specs and everything, I press the submit button, it acts like it is loading and then BOOM! Page Cannot Be Found! Whats the deal?

I'm not sure but if it's got different symbols like ( ' ' , # $ & ) then it probably won't work.
