Problem with exporting image with a font

Alright guys I'm trying to get a decal made but when I tried to export the .ai file it says the font won't be embedded. I'm pretty sure I got this font off the mac fontbook software through a torrent so I'm guessing thats why it won't embed. Is there anyway around this?

Convert the text to outlines by right clicking and choosing create outlines.

Or if you are really ghetto you can create a big document with the text written using the font in Photoshop and then import that document into Illustrator.
