Problem with Cast Touring tech toe

Just got my new casts mounted up, however I can’t get one of the toe pieces to close around my boot and when I swap them, neither close! I can sometimes force the plastic lever up to get them to close but it feels like it’s going to break when I do that.

It gets even weirder when trying to use my roommates toe pieces on my skis or my toe pieces on his skis. I can’t figure out what part is defective.

Plan on taking them back to where I got them mounted (a Cast official retailer) ASAP but it’s pretty out of the way and wondering if anyone here has a fix before I do.
 
Fixed. Thanks to the cast team. Leaving this thread up in case anyone comes across the same issue.

They’re referring to the wings that go around the front mounting screws. Once I bent them back a little they were all good to go.
