PRO CALL OUT: Chris Davenport

Let's face it, Chris is in fact to some degree a legend. He helped pioneer freeriding, Alaska, the FWT and ski mountaineering. But while scrolling through social media last night, this photo (posted by @steepskiing himself) caught my eye. I'm going to let you guys judge this one.



Mr. Davenport here uses a tragic situation, WHERE SOMEONE COULD HAVE LOST THEIR LIFE/OR GOTTEN SERIOUSLY INJURED, to promote his sponsor, Audi. I understand that it is in his contract with Audi to promote the brand, but I think this was a terrible way to do that. Kind of an Inappropriate, careless and insensitive move on his part.
