i go to one of the best private schools on the east coast- academy of the oaks, our curriculum is weird bc its taught on a block system and like were basically taking college level liberal arst courses

i live about 20 min from pomfret and one of my good friends basically lives on the campus, along with jim calhoun. I wanted to go so bad when he went, but my parents couldnt really afford it. Good luck man.

i used to go to a privet school it was nice because our marh break,christmas break and summer break were all longer then reg schools

 
DONT GO TO SINGLE-SEX SCHOOL. JUST DONT DO IT. i dont know about either of those but just trust me on this one... if you value life and having fun, do NOT go to a private, all girls/guys catholic (or religious) boarding school. i still resent my parents for this one. it ruined my perspective on fun, boys, life, school, religion, my family, whats "acceptable" in public and morals. in short, i now think every kid should drive a Benz, drink champagne and slut themselves out in the name of A Date For Prom. i mean... what? (also, i now hate plaid, other girls and pretty much life in general.)

Went to a public school, private schools in England are stuck up as hell, and cost a fortune. My parents wanted me to go to one but i refused. You have to wear a fucking suit and are pushed way to hard. My mate went to one here in Sheffield, and hated it, so he chose to study art and music. The school didn't approve as they like students to become lawyers and doctors and shit. They were even less impressed when he didn't even apply to uni and just went skiing.

im apply to a boarding school in maine for next year so i can ski everyday at sunday river

i go to holderness school in nh and i get to ski at loon and waterville everyday. Its a good deal bc waterville and loons park are probely one of the best parks on the east coast

yea i looked at holdernress but my mom didnt like how there was some religous shit there so she said i couldnt go
