I bought a pret this year (first time I've ever had a helmet). Way more comfortable than I expected, but yea, the drawback is that it looks like I rode the short bus to the mountain.

Yeah fs. My homie rocks one (when he wears helmets) and says it’s comfortable (granted he doesn’t like to wear helmets) and I think they look good, especially with the earpieces out.

I personally like the cynic helmet and the magnet buckle is super nice to have with mittens. My next helmet is probably going to be a giro ledge though just because its ~60% of the price and a bit of a cleaner look. Other than the price I don't have anything bad to say about the cynic, but maybe I look like a doofus wearing it...
