Prescription ski googles HELP??

I was wondering what the best option out there was for someone who wears glasses to ski. I can not wear contacts due to eye problems. Also, lasik or wave eye surgery is out of the question. How are the inserts for googles? Is there anybody out there that can make a true curve lens for ski googles? Any info helps. Thanks
 
Glasses under goggles is what i have always done, although I recently got contacts for this season.Either the OTGs or some larger goggles should work (I use EG2s for reference).
