Prepping the knees for the season

squat, run, just get into shape. you can also take fish oil capsules, they help a lot with joint movement. not even joking, after a week, all your joints (knees) fell "squeaky clean"
 
smart kid, also the fish oils thing ^ is a great idea. ive found that the stronger your hips and ass muscles are the less strain and impact there is on your knees. squats, power cleans and the almighty dead lift are the way to go. and stretch
 
Bootpack!! Serious theres no better way to built up yer quads, espesially if you hike up somethin steep also rockclimb in an indoor gym in the winters, it builds all of your muscles.
 
Squats (front and back with weight), RDLs, One legged squats, biking, physio ball bridges (good for hamstring), leg lifts all four ways (if you're at a gym then use the machine there with weight), do all of these 10 reps x 3 sets. don't be a pussy and do them at least 4 times a week. stretch and refer to a PT for more information.
