Preparing for the SEason

i've been drinking lots of milk so i dont get hurt as easy. Anyone else been preparing in any screwballish ways that you want to share?

Riding bikes all year to make my legs big and manly strong. For some reason I found that as I got better at biking, I was better at skiing, and as I got better at skiing, I was better at biking the next season. Crazy :/

its kinda late to start this but whatever. just run a lot and life weights but im to lazy for this so i play video games to work on my moves

 
i jump off of stuff and try to do ski tricks on the ground. It hasnt really helped much. Its fun though.

There is nothing motherly about mother nature. Except for her big mountainous breasts.
