Premiere cs4 - mp4 only audio?

hey can anyone help me out. I had been working with mp4 files in premiere cs4, but now they will only import as audio files any help?

guessing this has come from a gopro, you have to convert them with something like mpeg streamclip (free to download just google it) then "export to mpeg" highest quality, h.264, make sure de-interlace is checked and then frame size (1280x720 or whatnot)...away you go
