Predictions for next social media site?

Sort of been noticing Facebooks on its way out, feels more and more like Myspace did before it went away.

Predictions? I have a feeling twitters not really going to get any more popular and eventually the same things will happen, is there another thing thats really starting to take off?
 
I don't know, it feels like everyone that was going to join twitter already has, and I don't know about other parts of the country but here hardly anyone I know has an account and I don't think they have any plans to make one. While I have one friend that never made a facebook and most people have an instagram. I'm just saying it seems like it hit its peak already and I don't see a ton of new people coming over.
 
I've never had a twitter or fb. Never had the desire to make one. They all fade out over time. It's a trend
 
A few months ago it was much better. Once they updated it to have all the new panels/favorite/rt/reply shortcuts it got shitty. It's slowly turning into Facebook, simplicity will always be key and I think the people in charge of these sites fail to see that.
 
Haha the use of twitter is so not the intentions of what the developers had planned for. It's really hard to predict, even now I'm hearing of stupid ones that are getting popular, maybe another website like reddit, or combination of all social media websites
 
idk i guess i made an account just over 3 years ago. but it was so stupid i couldnt handle it and deleted it within a week
 
There isn't anything developed that is worth putting my bet on. Facebook is popular for a reason. I would personally like to see more people using something like foursquare
 
Is Whatsapp generally considered IM?

We just use it instead of texting here, use it with everyone from my friends to my parents to my boss.
 
If you don't see the point of twitter it is because noone wants to follow you. That is fine, noone wants to follow me either. Mainly a way for fans to get the low down on what famous people are doing..
 
Because of how twitter is being integrated into TV shows, advertising, news, and personal use (its original intention), it will never die and only continue to get bigger. Twitter has become something that is still very popular and is going to stay current because of how it has become a part of society.
 
you should turn off adblock when you're watching porn, you'll find all kinds of websites like that

more quick hook up things like tinder.that is the future.a tinder/snapchat combination where you can tinder them by sending naked pics and then banging each other.
 
twitter's HUGE where I live. FB is for scrubs and parents... instagram and twitter... You know it's big when the girls at your school list it as their hobbies.
