Prank Ideas Needed

One of the most psycho kids from my school lives down the street from me. His mother is overprotective and crazy. She yells at me and my Friends like we are her little 14 year old kids. She threatens to tell my parents that we cause trouble and shit like that.
During christmas time some friends and I were hanging out and we took two of the 50000 obnoxious candy cane decorations from her lawn. We hid them under my deck and forgot about it. Sometime this evening she put a reindeer decoration on my steps and put a note on it saying "heres a reindeer to go with your candy canes". She had to have been snooping around my backyard and looking under my deck to even find these candy canes so we need to get a good way to get back.
I want to put another note on the reindeer and return it with something that will annoy them.
Ideas I have so far that just dont seem to be great
- cutting the reindeer up and put it on their lawn in a million pieces- make some thing hump it and display it on their lawn- make it so that it is crapping on their porch
It needs to be a friendly prank but something that will keep the games going.
 
Shit in a paper bag, leave it on her doorstep, light it on fire, ring the doorbell, peace.
Oldie but a goodie.
 
like the pooping idea, but have you and all your buddies collectively shit into a shoe box for a week or so, then place that as its massive turd.
 
Post an ad on craigslist that is for something really cool/good and post it as either free or really cheap, then put this guys number as the contact (your email so that the confirmation email will go to you). Simple, but highly annoying to the person.
 
Get another reindeer and make them hump eachother, leave a note saying something like "trying to produce more, candy canes didnt work"
 
not to be an ass but if you didnt take those 2 candy canes as minimal as it seems in the first place, you wouldnt be in this situations now
 
make a facebook event and put flyers everywhere saying party at that old skanks place or call hookers and tell them too meet you there and dont show up
