Ok i have a shop that will sell me pow skis at a good price. i am 5'7 140 and ski vail three weeks a year. and ski the midwest every other weekend. I am still growing and want a ski that will last me a while. here are the three decisions
1) 2010 Volkl Gotoma in 178. I can get them with griffons for 400. I like the full rocker but havent heard very much about them
2) 2010 K2 obsethed in 179. If i am getting obsetheds i am getting this years because the can do everything. I like the rocker camber combination, but want to know more about them
3) 2010 K2 hellbent in 179. I am scared of the rocker and fatness but have heard nothing but good things about them.

I would have to say to go for the obsthed as the most sorta in between ski as not every day is a pow day if you know what i mean haha, hope this helps, plus your getting a crazy deal man 450 is a cheap price for a sick setup!!!

Get Gotamas. They are pretty versatile, stiff enough to keep you from washing out on backseat landings, and are super sick skis. They are very well made, and are fun to ski on. The perform tons better than hellbents on groomers, and they still do quite well in powder. Plus $400 with bindings is an incredible deal.

the gotama will be better on hard stuff, and less jibby and poppy, but very stable

the obsethed will be more jibby and poppy and softer

hellbents are kind of dumb

dude if you like skiing switch in pow or landing switch the hellbent is the best for that. i also hear they aren't bad at all on groomers. they also stay on top of the snow well.

based on the info of your thread the obsethed is the ski. you can use that as a fully park ski or fully pow ski. you can carve groomers and jib all day. it is the most versatile ski.

if your gonna ski jackson for a season get the goats.

if you can ski and jump in pow all season then the bents

for your situation, the obsethed will make you very happy

gotama, it will outperform the seth anywhere imo.

bents will probably better for powdar jibbin'

but imo gotamas will rip lines way harder
