relating how to stop poverty????
well hmmmm stop the drugs from coming in, and start programs to let children understand theres more to life than their surroundings..... better education and try and stop the flow of drugs without petty drug arrests. i.e. dont just arrest street dealers and users. spend money and man power on bigger targets that will actually make a difference.

When i went to North America, I only went to LA and Vancouver but couldn't fucken beleive the amount of people living on the streets, especially in the cold in Van. It was fucken absurd. There's 50000 people living on the streets of Toronto too!! 50 fucken thousand! something has to happen.
