does anyone know how to make a really good potato launcher and what to use inside it for a fuel, i made one but it only shot like 100 feet at most

use aquanet hair spray (old people stuff) or propane/butane and if you have a spray bottle you can use vodka (or everclear) they are the most powerfull. but you have to control the amount of fuel hella carefully. otherwise you over load it and it wont shoot as far. and for design just search on google.

I made mine with a 2 inch barrel with an extention to a 4 inch chanmber... with a bbq starter in the end of that... and yea a screw top thing there. it was super easy.. all abs plastic. yep. so we tried a bunch of different fuels... everything from wwd40 to Ether. and yea... we found out that hair sprey works the best... only the real shitty hair sprey though.. like tame or some shit. and yea... some times it gets gunked up though and stops working... so we chainge it over to wd 40 then and it works great then too. um yea mine shoots like 100 meters... maybe a bit more. its sick.

Mine shoots about 400 feet or so, we made another at university last year, but it wasn't nearly as good. I could shoot mine through a whole bunch of stuff, it was hella cool.

the compressed air ones work good.. but there is no giant flaim that comes out the end... so that makes it less fun. I think a longer barrel would be key too. yep.

my friend made a sick sick one hes all good with geometry and shit it was 9 feet long and ran on anything i think we got it shootng like a good 1/4 to 1/2 mile sometimes it was awesome ill ask if he has the vid and ill post it

one of my friends made one, and it was sweet, he made a handle with a trigger(button from a gass barbecue)

Dont shoot it in town cuz these old people called the cops on him and he got in deep shit
