Posting/Uploading Edits?

So i just made my first edit (its shitty) but i cant upload it to NSi tried with internet explorer and it said to use google chrome. so i downloaded that and now im trying to upload it but it says it will take 4 hours and 24 minutes... now its back up to 8 hours..

its only a 13 minute edit and i converted it from a .wmv to a mp4 but its still taking forever. the size of the actual file is 400 MB

so any advice at what im doing wrong or how to speed up the process?
 
only a 13 minute edit.... wat. try just using your best clips and putting them in one 3 minute ish edit, it will be way smaller and be easier to upload.
