Posting Forum Pictures

I know how to post a picture in the forum off of a site, but how do you post one from your hardrive or a file on your computer?

Its not how good you ski, but how good you look in the lift line that counts.

you need to upload it to the internet sometimes your isp gives you free webspace, post it up there other wise upload it to this site or something

(trust me, the '' things aren't actually there)
