Posting doesnt work?

Right now I'm on iNS because quite often when I try to post In a thread, the cursor won't show up when I click in the window, and nomatter what I try(including waiting) it won't let me post! So does this happen to anyone else?
 
Yeah saw that advice in another thread and i'm doing it right now. It works perfectly, no waiting time!
