Glad to see some bump skis in the quiver! I still try to get on mine a couple times a season. Nothing beats some slushy spring wiggles.

Exactly! Bump skis in the spring are so much fun. Mine are falling apart real bad but is so fun to take em out and smash some soft bumps.

This is my everyday quiver for carving, park and pow. The Devation Radian, ballistic and limit all mounted with Quiver Killers and Marker Jesters. Absolutely love the feel and construction of these skis

Wow that’s a real unique set. Big marker guy huh?

Pick a binding and be a dick about it haha

But fr it actaully gets really easy to swap parts if you just stick to one brand

Quiver killers for travel? Thought the whole point was multiple pairs of skis and one set of bindings.

Exactly, easy to swap parts when shit inevitability breaks.

Or like 10 different pairs of skis with 3 sets of bindings. My dream is to eventually build a mega quiver/collection all with QK inserts on a marker alpine pattern

Won't water get in the exposed holes and mess stuff up?

Faction Prod 3

Crows Nocta

Faction Dictator 3

The holes aren't actually exposed in this case, its a metal threaded insert that seals the core off

do you have any complaints or things to consider with that double quiver killer set up? i’m considering doing the double QK set up for a close to center mount point for low tide days and a far back from center mount point for powder.

Oh sorry I don't own any I think you meant to tag [tag=255152]@mrk127[/tag]

FWIW tho I don't think you gain a ton changing mount points often, I feel like mounting point is more about ski design and preference than conditions, but idk maybe i'm in the minority of that opinion. If you wanted to do this you might be able to find an old pair of Marker Schizo's, they never really took off much but what you're describing is basically what they do

The QK inserts sweet system, I’ve had no problems and am really hard on my gear. But honestly it’s kinda a lot of work. Swapping bindings once is quick and easy, but gets annoying once you’ve already done it 10 times that season.

is it the thread lock that gets anoying?

left to right: Inthaynes, blackops 118, blackops 118, og 5 point shape Armada JJs 2014 and 2012

pretty much riding the blackops 95% of the time even when I need a narrower ski. Goal for next season is get a ~100mm daily ski and find a new home for the inthaynes

i dont need to post an image since its just one pair but theyre dynastar mfree 108s with the neon green/yellow Tyrolia attack 14s. Now all I need is a fat fat ski. Debating magic j’s or bent 120s. One of the most fun days on skis i ever had was demoing 120 bents and it wasnt even a powder day.

I think it's much better than the previous gen heel. I think the biggest difference is that the new gen doesn't get stuck in the middle position when stepping in and out.

I got u if you want bents. Just got some sender free 110's and put the bindings from the bents on there.

Didn’t love the profile of the ski I bought but the core and sidewall overall felt great. I’m 100% on the Deviation train.

Don’t have any great photos but I’m a sucker for these threads.

1) Fauna Omni 182 - my real baby but it has a very certain zone it likes. When it is the conditions for it, it’s ON. Truly amazing ski.

2) Fauna Pioneer 184 - my absolute favorite ski for most days but sometimes it gets too crusty for it at places like Loveland continental divide. 9/10 times it’s a versatile workhorse

3) Slant Diplomat 180 - stiff crud busters but tips too hooky and wears tf out of your knees

4) RMU Wisco 172 - my rail bangers with a short radius that are too stiff but still fun

& quite a few other stragglers and unmounted pairs

Skiis Left to Right uses:

1. Touring mainly and fuck around fun pow all rounder (park too but don't wanna destroy the edges ngl)

2. park daily and hardpack dayz east/west

3. Utah Daily driver (116)

4. Urban/Rock Ski (that ski is fucked up in many ways hah)

My bad!

the Woodsman/BG and the R 110/120 from HL are about as directional as I get. May give the RC95 a shot are a directional low tide ski to compliment my Mirus Cor
