This summer my town is getting a new skate park. So far over 400k was spent on it and it is looking sick (its halfway finished sitting under 4 feet of snow we somehow got this year(I live in eastern Canada)).
Anyways here is the designs. Hopefully I don't mess putting up the pics.

good ol Spokompton. I have driven by that a few times. doesnt look like a place i would wanna hang out, pretty sketchy

hey fellow west linner... yeah. back when i was a more extreme skater.. i shredded that place up.
what kinda sucks.. about it..the people who made it... made it for advanced skaters. kinda got a grip of money for it... but it has mad flow. and lines.... there is also a secret skate park... street setup
 
Yeah, thats exactly how I felt for the last 4 years, but now this new park is a 10 minute walk from my house. It's looking like I have a sick summer ahead of me.

all in all, its a great park, tons of fun to be had; and if you look around a bit, you can find some pretty big lines/transfers
 
rye is so sick!! too many bikers though

I've been there! everywhere out west seems to have amazing concrete parks. i 'll see if i can find a picture of my towns one. it's shitty. and the asphalt is like sandpaper in rock form.

can't find a pic, it's nothing special.
 
I'm just hoping that no one try's to cover the place in shitty graffiti. Some parks look sick with a bunch of well done graffiti, but the shit slapped on the walls of some of the buildings in town are no where's close to being considered art.
 
Well, this ones kinda local, sayerville skatepark. Has a fun bowl and a concrete street section.

And my truly local one, well actually it's so bad I can't even find a picture on google. From left to right, it's a round rail, a small box with elevated ledge on ramp up one side, taller qp with rolling, drop in leads to a funbox with a flat down and a up flat down hubba then the same quarter on the other side. The roll in lads to a small quaterpipe, and then there's a flat down flat square rail. IT's pretty lam, but I've spent so much time there anyway.
It's in east brunswick, nj.
 
For hucks it has a 3 flat 3 and a 10 stair. unseen in the photo is little rail line with 2 down rails in a row and a decent sized 2 block.

Couldn't find any pics of the one I used to ride all the time. IT was a t a christian camp about an hour away, but it was only like 3 bucks for the day so we went up that way all the time. More of a bike park but it had real nice flow, some pretty big lines.
