When you all were youngsters, you had something that you wanted to achieve in life, and it was usually pretty far-fetched. Personally, I wanted to be a pro baseball player but I gave up on that because I suck at baseball. But NS, you all have a story. What were your childhood dreams?

i wanted to be a pilot in the naval airforce. by the time i was 15 i had been in correspondence with the commander of Annapolis, my congressman, and my local recruiting officer. i was so gung-ho on flying fighter jets and i wasnt going to let anybody stop me. then i had an eye exam and found out that i have god awful vision and never even knew. you cant wear glasses or contacts while flying jets, and apparently lasik surgery makes your eyes pop when youre doing big g's. that was the end of that.

Flying squirrel, that sounds sooo similar to this movie called little miss sunshine. Also, I wanted to be an astronaut. Like more then amything in the world
 
nah dude. the guy in the movie was color blind, not actually blind.

but seriously i wanted to be something different everyday.
 
I can only assume you were born in 1994, given your username, so I think it's a wee bit soon got you to be making statements such at this.
 
i wanted to spend my whole life with a girl i met in 7th grade, i wanted to make music, and i wanted to be happy.

that's it, that's all, and i'd still like any or all of those three
 
i also wanted to be able to teleport like in the movie Jumper mainly because

1. i wanted to leave home and be able to make it on my own

2. i wanted to go everywhere

 
I wanted to be a train conductor. I used to love playing with toy trains and watching thomas the tank engine. My dad Is a mechanical engineer and when i was little i always thought when he said engineer that he drove trains. So one day he brought me and my sister to work with him when i was like 3 or 4, I remember it like it was yesterday. I was so excited and then when we got to his office, I started bawling because there were no trains. I was pretty upset. So i cried a little then just chilled and drew trains on a bunch of paper he gave me to keep me entertained.
 
I used to have this dream where everything either went really slow and colors were vibrant. It sounds like everything was INCREDIBLY loud but I could never make out what people were saying. Or the flipside, everything went very fast and I couldnt really make out anything I was seeing, But I could hear everything like it was slow motion...

 
I wanted to be a computer animator after I saw the movie Aladdin. Then I wanted to be an Archaeologist once I learned that that's what Indiana Jones was. So I now have a degree in Archaeology and I'm a web developer/designer. Not too far off.
 
Between the ages of 8-10 I wanted to live in a van and skate/soul surf in Cali and Baja. I matured by the age of 13, in a school publication it said where you saw youself in 25 years, I wrote ski bum, the editor changed it to marine biologist as I had just won a scholarship to a different school.
