There are alot of great filmers/editors on this site but all of the good videos are burred in a mess of crap. Lets take this one post and each person should pick there best edit and embed it. Dont post a bunch of your stuff just pick your best one it can be ski related or not. Also put a little bit about how you filmed it what camera you used and cool things you did.
This is one of my favorite edits it has nothing to do with skiing. We filmed it all in one evening I shot from the back of a lowered pickup truck using a Canon XH-A1 using a Panalook preset. Then used Final Cut Smoothcam to get the shots nice and smooth

well up until this date I really haven't film too much that I am really proud of. Most of the stuff has just been over edited or not filmed well. Hell even this clip isn't really filmed well (tripod shake, wrong presets with the colors)...I just really like how the edit is put together and it is very calming.
This is one afternoon at the University of Connecticut last fall. Shot with my hvx200. in 24p. dont remember all the exact settings but yeah....
UCONN In the Fall from Jeffrey Wenzel on Vimeo.A great day out around campus. Fun to film 24p. Loved it

Filmed this in 24P on my HV30. Just played with auto contrast in Adobe Premiere Pro afterword

Around The Street from OSP on Vimeo.

This was one of my favorite edits i've made, fun to film, fun to edit and it all came together really well. Not the most popular of my edits, but still my favorite.

Dirt! from Evan Heath on Vimeo.

Here is my favorite edit so far... I had a great time during this trip and got comfortable using my new HMC-40

I'm planning on making something cool in Argentina this summer...

Hope you enjoy:

In the Morning - Beaver Creek 09/10 from Reed Rosenbluth on Vimeo.

^^forgot to say, that it was shot with canon xha1, panalook preset. CC done in magic Bullet Looks.

extras: homemade dolly

This was my first real abstract project not shooting action sports and I was extremely pleased with how it all came together. I really liked the change of pace of shooting nature and general living. It was also the tightest editing I have done to date.
Shot with HMC 150 and Color Corrected in FCP.

not sure if its my favorite, but we sure had a lot of fun filming that, using the cheapest jibarm ever created

Zebre Films: Foofaraw from Zebre Films on Vimeo.

actually, the first 15 seconds are my favorite

Don't personally think it's my best one, but wanted to post something that wasn't skiing related. I'm really happy with how it turned out though.

Not skiing related, but I did composition/vis effects on this piece. We shot this in 3 nights with the Canon 5D Mk2 (HD) and the Nikon D3 (5K).

BMW M3 Film from BanditoGarage on Vimeo.

That BMW M3 video is ridiculous, so sick! What were you guys using for a car mount? Also that had some very nice coloring and sound design, very impressive.

I'm pretty new to filming and editing but here is a little edit i made. I personally think it's my best. Could have probably done better but was having some computer problemsFarewell Montana from Austin Ftacnik on Vimeo.Farewell Montana from Austin Ftacnik on Vimeo.
