I need more creative, affordable and transportable food.

My lunch is usually:

-pita and hummus

-chips

-stolen french fries from the counter

-a few boogers

what do you eat?

You spelled PBR wrong.

6.99 compared to 7.50, I was an Econ major and I'm using it well

Nah I agree, not only is High Life cheaper, but I prefer it - AND it doesn't come with the image usually associated with Peebs

I pack jerky, granola bars, and usually pack some leftovers from last nights dinner. Plus, a bloody mary with a massive garnish (WI) usually gets me through

out of all the discount rate beers (rainier, PBR, rolling rock, etc.)

PBR is by far the worst. And because its so bad, you know if you see anyone drinking it, they must only be drinking it to project an image, and therefore I lose any respect I had for them.

Friends don't let friends drink PBR.

Except PBR makes pounders so ... you lose

I like to make myself a fat sandwich and some fruit plus a Clif bar or two. Eating an apple after skiing is awesome.

The French and swiss Alps are graced by an overabundance of small crepe stands.

So apart from the occasional bottle of water and bar in my bag nothing else.

If I need more then a quick bite there are cafe's and restaurants draped over every Alp.

Chocolate crepes

So perfect.

My dad has this formulated stuff where you basically mix a protein powder(but it's not protein) and you mix it with water and it's like a meal. You just drink it. It gives you all the nutrients you need to ski all day and you don't get hungry. Really wierd but it works...

But before that I just split some idaho fries with my friend. Our resort lets us stack as much fries as we can in a little box/carton thingy for $3. And we get water for free

Ramen, peanut butter sandwich, water and of course a cup of 13 fries for double the cost of the bag the batch came in

Yesterday I din't want to spend a bunch on a burger, so I made ravioli with pesto and salmon the night before. 10 bucks to make it, but it lasted me like 3 meals. it was tight.

Dried soybeans, cranberries, almonds, sunflower seeds and roasted pumpkin seeds with granola.

an apple or tangerine

some cheese and crackers

lots of water

PBJ with maybe an apple and a nature valley bar for lunch, but Im a squirrel and pack tons of trail mix in all my pockets.

about once a month i buy a turkey, cook it along with some stuffing and potatoes, and eat that for a week, whenever i do that my lunch is a tub full of turkey and all the fixings. if not its sandwiches and noodles.
