Post your 40 Yard Dash Time.

Title says it all. Post your latest 40 Yard Dash Time, and 20 yard split if you feel you need to.

Mine is 4.81

2.75 at 20.

You know Vince Wilfork of the NE Patriots runs a 5.08 40? That's a 6'2", 325 lb. man running at you at 5 second 40-yard dash speed. And he can dunk a basketball at 325 lbs, so he's got explosiveness for days. That's a scary concept...

I quit.

I have learned through the years from Highschool football, college football and college track that people have no true idea of their 40 time. Having your coach time you is not your 40 time. Unless you ran it at some sort of college or pro combine on electronic timing it doesnt count and you should prob add .3 at least to what ever time your coach said. I was pretty fast in high school and I was electronically timed at 4.69. By my senior year in college from sprinting in track I dropped to a 4.46 electronic. And they I hear of guys telling me that they run a 4.6 or 4.4 in high school... hahahaha nope.

i can usually get it done in about an hour or two. really depends how im feeling.

The 40 yard dash isn't even a good test of your speed. The real test is the 35 yard crab walk. That shit separates the men from the boys

4.8 in the beginning of the summer, it's dropped by now though, im probably around a 4.78 - 4.79

I ran a laser timed 4.65 back in high school. Doubt I could get within a half second of that these days

for emphasis.

4.4 speed would place you as one of the fastest athletes at the NFL combine. Sorry, you are not.

If you are running in the 4.6s as a high school senior you are a fucking burner.
