Post videos on NS, or rather, make people see them

title says it all, when I post a vid on NS, how do I get people to see it, other than random people going to my videos and watch them (which basically doesn't happen at all)?
 
give it a good title that will catch their attention. If you call something "cork 7" nobody's gonna watch it. If you call it "huge cork 7 to dumont's deck!" you'll have better luck
 
1) edit it good

2) dont use all those stupid effects(sorry)

3) have good style or good tricks

4) catchy title and good song

5)????

6) profit

I guess Name + Edit Name (Song Title) + Season Edit 2014 as title is too generic without being someone known...
 
Keep progressing, stack as much footage as possible, make as many quality edits as you can, people will notice eventually if you are putting out edits consistantly

was this a diss on my edit or just general advice? otherwise I'd be tempted to shit all over you as well haha
 
Honestly, the best way is to pimp it out on your social media networks until it gets enough views and upvotes that it's high enough on the front page that people can see it. From there, it's a matter of how good it is...fair warning, this could backfire. If a really shitty edit ends up towards the top of the front page, people will shit all over it, just a warning.

so I'm on the right way haha... already doing that, but getting to the front page with my edit (in case you've seen it) would be tough, I'm not bad, but nothing really outstanding...

and yup, totally aware that if a "shit" video gets on the front page people gonna hate, the usual human thingy...

Getting to the front page is easy...it's staying there that's hard. From the sounds of it, you've done all you can do, it's up to the masses if they like it or not now.

haha not so shure if it's that easy, but yeah I've done what I can do, but I don't feel like people have seen my edit besides some friends haha

and yeah, the staying there is obviously the hardest part
