Dude it's simple. The companies and crews will have the best. They'll have like 5 posts and 30,000 karma points because of their videos. Basically all you need to know

the post to karma ratio isn't really something you can compare because karma comes from a lot of different things. simply posting content boosts your karma, and that kid has posted an alright amount of pics and videos. that seems to usually be the reason behind weird post to karma ratios
