click the sixth button from the right above the text box and it will take you to the page where you can upload or someshit. thats how i do it.
 
turn off your fancy editor first of all. then just right click on the image and choose copy image address. then just put that address between image tags like this...

 
turning off your fancy editor will also make it so you can just paste video embed codes straight into the reply box and itll work
