Hey I just discovered the magical world of awesome screamo/hardcore music and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for sick artists since I know of like two.

I really like Enter Shakari and Iwrestledabearonce so anything like those two would be awesome.

Oh and please no hate.

This song is a marathon. So good though. 4:30-on, lyrics are incredible. But the same can be said for the whole song.

asking alexandria perhaps?

and if you like iwrestledabearonce you might like between the buried and me, fall of troy, protest the hero, and the human abstract

i used to be so into enter shikari.
try: the devil wears prada, attack attack, dancegavingance, in fear and faith, of mice and men blessthefall
if you want to listen to MUCH better bands, listen to people like : the ghost inside, trap them, ligiea, face all fears, gwen stacy, vanna, underoath etc.
if you want to break into true hardcore try some of these : last lights, trapped under ice, ceremony, HAVE HEART, frogball, rock bottom.
PM me if you like anyone you see, i can send you a list specifically of bands that sound similar.

Holy shit man thank you for the list. I will get listening. I have no idea what "good" and "bad" music of this genre is at all. All I know is I had a giant boner for Enter Shikari right now.

But La Dispute is pretty sick also. They remind me of Leftover Crack.

He knows whats up ^^^

Also try out Casey Jones, Foundation, Hundredth, Glassjaw, Throwdown, Gorilla Biscuits, Minor Threat

I've got a big list for you:
attack attack, alesana, asking alexandria, agraceful, abandon all ships, aliens and me, amyst, architects, before their eyes, betraying the martyrs, blessthefall, bring me the horizon, broadway, a bullet for pretty boy, burials, burden of a day, call it karma, chiodos, the color morale, confide, the crimson armada, dancegavindance, darkest before dawn, day of vengence, a day's past, decoder, destroy the runner, the devil wears prada, drop dead gorgeous, emarosa, emmure, escape the fate, eyes set to kill, for all those sleeping, a girl a gun a ghost, greeley estates, hopes die last, i see stars, i the breather, i artificial, in fear and faith, KEEP YOUR DISTANCE, lower definition, memphis may fire, miss may i, more than a thousand, MOTIONLESS IN WHITE, my ticket home, no bragging rights, of machines, of mice and men, oh sleeper, our last night, outline in color, saosin, scarlett o'hara, secret and whisper, a skylit drive, a static lullaby, ten after two, a time to forget, tonight is glory, trances, underoath, us from outside, vanna, we are danger, we are defiance, we butter the bread with butter, we came as romans, woe is me, the world alive.
Thats a big list haha but some of them you may not like at the moment, but trust me you will come to love the majority of all these bands

i had a lot of trouble finding music like this for a while, so if you need any ideas just it me up, ive found a few websites over the past couple years which are all on this "scene" of music.
Hope i helped!

This man knows...

Poetic genius:

But I still see him dead in the parking lot at the gas station just down the street.

And I still hear my friend say,

"You know, you wouldn't believe the things I saw when I was stationed overseas."

But he somehow keeps smiling in spite all of that,

While I keep finding ways to push the good out for the bad

Oh, how selfish of myself to always say that it was more than I could take,

Like it was pain I could not shake,

Like it could break me with it's fingers, throw my body in the lake,

And I would slowly sink away

But the Truth is it was sorrow that I made and would not face.

See, I keep falling for the future after tripping on the past.

And I am always tearing sutures out to make the anguish last like it defines me.

Or reminds me I've found comfort in my suffering

And uncertainty in happiness and death,

Because what's next is such a mystery to me.

I am terrified of all the things I feel but cannot see.

Friends and family, put your hand into my hand and lay your head into my chest.

You are all that I have left here

We are all that we have left.

We are the lovers, We are the last of our kind.

Link your arms and keep your chin up

And I swear that we'll be fine.

We are the lovers, We are the last of our kind.

Though we're not sure who we are, though we're not sure where we're from,

Though we're not sure when we'll leave, though we're not sure where we'll go,

We keep our heads up

We keep our hearts up

We keep our hopes up
