yeah the big one is dope for parties, we rent it out on central res and when we come in we find wine bottles under the beds and beer hidden in different places. The whole building has kind of a party atmosphere way different from the 1 bedroom i had in the ponderosa 4 years ago, thats probably the most family oriented building on the mountain
