phi phi is fucking amazing man. I spent a month on that island alone when i graduated from school. all the islands in that area are so beautiful. i was there in 2003 before the tsunami. phi phi got demolished by the wave. they are in the midst of building it back up but from what ive heard the town part is still just crumbled cement.

tiny isolated island in the south pacific, its just a landing strip and some natives. the only reason its on the map is because its the closest island to the deepest part of the pacific ocean.
