Possible Warranty?

So this weekend I noticed the nose of my 2013 Line Chronics may have begun de-laminating, there are parts where the top sheet is lifting up and I can see the wood core. Is it worth bringing them to the shop so they can contact Line or should I just put some epoxy on it?
 
Send an email with pics of the damage to Line, and depending on the warranty you could get new skis. If its a delam that is a factory fault, and not of your own doing, you will most likely get your skis warrantied.

 
Don't email line, go through your local shop that you bought them at. Warranty always works out better that way. Who's word is going to hold up better? Some kid or a shop who buys and sells their skis?
 
I ended up just epoxying them, I need them for a competition next weekend anyways. Going through the warranty process is too much trouble. How ever I did learn my lesson and I will most likely not be buying line skis anymore
 
LOLwut?!?!?!? IMO Line is the easiest company to deal with, your loss.

An what lesson did you learn? your skis may or may not have been qualified for a warranty and you choose not to do it? Its as easy as going to a LINE dealer with a receipt and they will hook you up, or take quality pics and a well written e-mail to line and they will hook you up.
 
From my experiences Line hasn't been as forgiving as other companies when it comes to warranties. Last season I crack one of my afterbangs at the end of their first season. Because Line has a parent company K2 Sports, they were the ones who dealt with the shop. I was declined warranty because it was caused from impact. I dont know about you but I dont think skis should crack when you land nose heavy on a jump... I have now owned 2 pairs of line skis and while I did enjoy riding the chronics the durability of them dosen't seem so great. and the afterbangs was a whole other story. Maybe its just the way I treat skis but I dont expect sidewall to peel or almost all of the capwall to get scratched off.

Also, My brother owned line masterminds, the entire nose peeled of and the wood core was split. Warranty was declined and so the shop epoxied them. couple weeks later when we were seshing PVC the ski snapped.
 
The CNC inlay design of the ape man is beginning to pop-out. I think it is time for a visit to the shop for possible warrabty
