Possible NSer sighting concord mass?

it was a while ago so i dont remember the car exactly, i think it was a white suv? anyways it had a jiberish sticker in the back window, and i think another sticker that i couldnt make out

i know it doesnt sound like much but there are legit like two nsers around here, and itd be cool to find another
