Grayish brown toyota land cruiser, rhode island tags driving into tiverton from Bristol near the Johnson and whales hotel thing, on 24, I believe

Male, blonde hair, black Oakleys (hijinx? I think)

Surface and level sticker on the back and one other I couldn't notice!
