Portable Terrain Park ?

Hey guys I'm sitting here in my architecture studio waiting for my critic to come look at this stupid concert hall I am designing, but anywho I'm obviously wasting my time sketching things skiing related. Since my home mountain is now closed for the season, I've been contemplating ways to keep skiing all summer. I do have a small summer set-up ( basically a turf drop in with 2 8ft double barrel rails ) but I want to go bigger since I have some money. So what I came up with is an idea to build multiple 4ft ladders out of wood with PVC rungs. 4ft so we can fit them in a car, easy to carry, etc. Anyway, I figure we can make these pretty cheap, and then all we have to do is find a park with a hill, and lay them down end to end for an instant in-run. and then for the jump you can just bring a normal wooden lip with turf on it. So this is basically a summer set up you bring to a park. However, imagine if after the first rail which is still on the hill, you have a plywood landing area covered with turf, and then it goes back to another PVC inrun for the next feature. I'm estimating something like 1 - 2$ for each foot of the inrun ( based on the local price of 2x4s and pvc )and I have a few friends interested so I can easily make like 15 - 20 of these 4ft sections. Sorry for the long read, just wondering if anyone has ever done anything like this, or if anyone can see any glaring problems before I sink some money into this project.

that's a pretty cool idea, i would definitely use that. i might of missed this, but does it all fold up into one thing? or are they separate pieces?

well I think having it all fold up into one piece would get a bit heavy. but you could probably easily carry 2 - 3 sections connected.

That sounds like it would work great. i think ima make a pvc ladder for my backyard. any buddy ever made on before?...
